Most credit and debit card orders placed are normally shipped within 24-72 hours. Mail orders are shipped once payment is received; orders placed by personal check may take up to (10) business days to clear, once the payment clears the bank your order will ship.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed the following business day.
Standard shipping charges are based on UPS & USPS published shipping rates. Once an item(s) is placed in the shopping cart, a shipping quote can be obtained before checking out.

For all foreign shipments, Grzyboski's Train Store will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Grzyboski's Train Store will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Grzyboski's Train Store will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Payment Options
On-line orders can be paid by credit card and debit card. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards. Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, check or money order.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on www.grzyboskitrains.com. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart”button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.
RETURNS: In the event that you wish to return an item, you have a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase to send the item(s) back to us. Please note that in order for the return to be accepted, the item must be sent back with all original components as it was when we sent it to you. This includes all original parts, instructions, & the original box (if included). Any returns received beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted. In the case that your item is not functioning/operating properly, please reach out to us via email to discuss options for repair. Please note that for returns we charge a 15% restocking-fee.
What do I do if my item was damaged during shipping?
Please call us at (570) 451-1700 within the first 48 hours of receiving the shipment to notify us of the damage. Any calls/claims made after this 48-hour time period will not be accepted (not counting Christmas gifts). It is also necessary to notify either UPS or USPS of the issue by calling their respected customer service numbers. We also require you to send us via email a photo of the damaged box/items within the first 48 hours of receiving the item. Our business email address is “ info@grzyboskitrains.com “. Afterwards, you have the option of receiving store credit or a complete refund of your original payment for the value of the item. Please be aware that a store-issued credit does not expire.
PLEASE NOTE:
Several items listed on our website are listed in conditions ranging from “like-new” to “excellent”. Returns on these items for reasons regarding the condition not being new will not be accepted. As a customer, please read all descriptions and specifications of items before placing an order.
Presently, Grzyboski’s Train Store accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover, & AMEX. Because Grzyboski’s Train Store operates in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we are required to collect 6% sales tax on orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address. Orders that are shipped outside the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax.
Cancellations
Grzyboski’s Train Store works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please call us ASAP and we will do our best to cancel your order.

Grzyboski’s Train Store offers gifts certificates to help you give the perfect gift every time. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
